A customer from Cave Creek, Arizona stated that they had bought a Mountain View property from the Toll Brothers and cleared their premium. Three weeks after they moved in, a 30 feet building was built behind the house hindering there view towards the mountain viewing. This was against their wish and they complained to the Toll Brothers.
After the customer placed their complaints to the selling agent of toll contractors, the representative told them that there was no written agreement that the customer wanted to view the mountain. This sounded contradicting mainly because they had been promised that there would be no building exceeding 10 feet that would be constructed in the back view.
