Risk in mountains. Before you go into a location which you know is risky, you have to embrace yourself of the different gears for your protection. And make sure you equip yourself. You should pay attention to all details. You have to ensure that everything that is taught you, is instilled in your mind. It is not for your own sake but for everyone.
Outdoor leader trainings. To those who wanted to become a leader of the group of rescue team, this is the perfect one to them. There should be someone that will lead the team. To give them instructions and things that are allowed and not. To make the operation successful.

Though, you have mastered all the techniques to secure the lives of everyone. But you have to check and learn various situation before you would go to a particular location.
