Helpful Tips Concerning How To Safeguard Oneself At All Times

By Christopher D Hattlei

Crimes usually take place when there are no law enforcers near or other people to help the would-be victim. On the other hand, many U.S. states and cities have made the use of a stun gun legal to be able to give people the ability to protect themselves.

Unfortunately, a great majority of crime victims are females, and my sister, Hannah, has has became part of the statistics. She just started out college in another state. When she called up one night, mom knew instinctively that something was wrong.

Hannah told mother how she was almost raped by a blind date had it not been for her 4.5 million volts cell phone stun gun. She wittingly took out the disguised stun gun from inside her bag and hit her target with it.

Considering that it seemed like a normal mobile device, her attacker assumed she was merely calling for help so he continued to go after her. The disguise worked to her advantage since she was able to bring down the enemy with the element of surprise.

What happened to her taught me a lesson in survival. Right now, I bring my own personal 3.5 million volt rechargeable stun gun with flashlight anywhere I go. My flashlight stun gun especially is useful when I go back home from late night parties in friends' houses.

I suppose the fact that the planet isn't as secure as it used to be has sunk in because even my dad never lets his telescopic stun baton out of sight. Its span compensates for my dad's physical weakness. His health condition does not allow him to engage any enemy in close combat.

When stun weapons hit their target, they administer volts of electricity which immobilizes these kinds of targets temporarily. This gives their users enough time to flee and run for help.

These days, it's tough to put your trust on any person. So, it comes as a relief that many local governments made the stun gun legal to carry around to keep you safe.
